We are experiencing problems when replying to some Gmail addresses. Although we receive messages as normal, our replies are sometimes (but not always) rejected due to SPF or DKIM record anomolies according to Gmail’s anti-spam/phishing strategies.
While we try and resolve these issues, if you haven’t received a response within a couple of days, please email again, but include an alternative method of contact, such as a telephone or mobile number and we will get in touch that way.
